How Our Tight Access Install Process Works
There are four steps for restricted sites. We use an end-to-end process with complete transparency, ensuring you know exactly where your project stands.
One of our engineers will assess the restrictions you face. They’ll then provide you with a quote for how to complete tight access drilling.
Using our specialist machinery, we can begin a tight access piling install of the screw-in Blade Piles. You’ll receive a same-day data report on pile depth and condition.
Within 10 working days, you’ll receive a third-party engineering certificate. This confirms the integrity of your new foundations.
Your foundation is complete! We’ll sign off leaving you to begin slab pours. It’s time to take your project to the next stage.

An LHR can operate in a restricted space between 1.5M and 1M width. Our skilled engineers are fully trained to work in restricted environments, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
